Disclaimer: By registering at my local Applied Underwriters Invitational event, I hereby grant and authorize the tournament organizers the right to take, edit, alter, exhibit, publish, distribute and make use of any pictures or video taken of me to be used in and/or for promotional materials including, but not limited to, newsletters, advertisements, fundraising letters, press kits, websites and social networking sites. This authorization shall continue unless I otherwise revoke it in writing.
