NYCLI WINTER SPECTACULAR

Join us virtually as we celebrate and honor our learners and teachers of the New York Child Learning Institute.

We will showcase the talents, successes, and challenges that our school has overcome in a presentation narrated by broadcasting legend and former host of NPR's All Things Considered, Robert Siegel.

Afterward, we encourage those with children and those who are childlike at heart to stick around for an educational and interactive magic show provided by SO Fun City!

Please note that tickets to this event are free. However, under the sponsor tab, we encourage you to consider purchasing virtual tables and tickets at a level you might if this event were happening in person.

About NYCLI: NYCLI was founded in 1994 as a state-certified nonpublic preschool for children with autism. In 1995, educational services were extended to school-age children between the ages of five and eleven. In 2002, NYCLI was certified to serve the needs of learners up to age 21. The institute implements a science-based educational approach and is committed to providing the highest standard of education for its students. Although it is an independent, nonpublic institution, NYCLI's preschool and school are accredited and certified by the New York City Department of Health and the New York State Education Department.

About Robert Siegel: Robert is a retired American radio journalist. He was one of the co-hosts of the National Public Radio evening news broadcast All Things Considered from 1987 until his retirement in January 2018. In 2010, Siegel was presented with the John Chancellor Award for Excellence in Journalism by the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.[8] Additionally, Siegel has won three Silver Batons from Alfred I. DuPont-Columbia University, as well as the American Bar Association's Silver Gavel Award.

About SO Fun City: SO Fun City is an inclusive program that is both fun and educational, designed with all needs in mind. Their program was carefully crafted by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to accommodate and support all needs and is modified for each individual who attends.
